Slow-Flow Yoga is excellent for all levels of practitioners. Students will enjoy a slower-paced vinyasa flow that connects breath with movement. This class provides creative, therapeutic flows designed to bring balance to the body and mind by holding poses and exploring what each pose offers. When we slow down, we relax the nervous system, focus on our breath, and become stronger mentally and physically.
Slow-Flow Yoga is generally in-season on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM. The cost is $10 – Cash only.
